I chose this hotel for attending a conference and I was pleased with the facilities and services provided. Both business travelers and tourists can enjoy the hotel's amenities. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop pool and restaurant added an extra touch of luxury. it was a great experience.

The one service that I missed for my work was a more efficient communication system with the reception. It was often difficult to communicate over the phone and I had to be passed around to different people before my needs were understood.

The location of this hotel was convenient for transportation to the airport and Halong Bay. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfy and nicely furnished. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with many kinds of delicious food. The rooftop pool and view were also great facilities.

The hotel was located near some great local restaurants and stores, making it easy to explore and experience the city. The air conditioning in the room and lobby was great. I also appreciated the free airport transfer that was included with my stay.

The breakfast buffet was a letdown with limited options and some of the food looked unappetizing. The staff was unprofessional and didn't seem to care about my concerns when I brought them up.
